- Technical Support of customer issues and also the quality improvement of the Products.
- To improve the products quality level to align with premium brand marketing position.
- Lead Korea quality data analysis and liase with head office PVT for the quality improvements.
- Participate in the regulare quality data analysis with local service team
- Coordinate with the head office electrical quality team for the regulare electrical quality discussions.
- Test result reporting support.

- degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- 3~6years’ experience
- Ability to assimilate and process large quantities of data
- Good understanding of Automotive quality standards TS 16949
- Experience in the quality metodology of 6 Sigma or 8D
- Knowledge and experience of automotive electrical systems
- Good English spoken and written skill for communication
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment and to challenging deadlines
