• Develop internal communications strategies and programs to effectively share the
strategic direction of the company
• Help to create and implement integrated external communications strategies
• Plan and implement proactive and reactive media relations strategies, focusing on
general interest, business, healthcare media, and other appropriate publications
• Deals with the merged responsibility of both internal and external communications
planning and execution in a single role
• Implement communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the
organization's reputation to both internal and external audiences
• Handles the creation and implementation of multiple forms of internal strategic
communication activities, programs and content

• Minimum 5-year experiences in communications, marketing communications, PR
• Work experience in healthcare industry is preferred
• In-house communications experience is preferred
• Event management experience is preferred
