• Perform customer-site installation and acceptance testing of newly delivered systems
• Perform customer-site retrofit for previously installed systems
• Conduct site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training and hand-off of products
• Serve as customer contact on Technical and Service-related matters.

• B.S/M.S in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Min.3 years of experience in Servicing or installing semicon capital equipment
• High level of technical and troubleshooting skills
• Process engineering or Yield Enhancement is a plus
• Language skills in English
• Over 80% travel overseas
