경력 및 자격요건
•5+ years’ experience in a recruitment specialist or HR generalist
•Solid knowledge of the staffing and talent management best practices with an appreciation and knowledge of the varied and diverse cultures that exist in South East Asia countries and impact our business and global employment markets.
•A track record of success in participation and execution of tangible solutions.
•Proven track-record of progressive personal career development within HR
•Success working across complex; highly matrix; multi-cultural organizations.
•Ability to deliver solutions within environments undergoing significant change.
•Experience with a variety of staffing sourcing channels; systems; methodologies, analytics, reporting dashboards, and demonstrable expertise in driving change as a result.
•Excellent PC skills, intermediate-advanced Microsoft application skills
•Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices advantageous
