-To provide leadership and direction in the strategic business analysis, marketing of new and existing products, and planning/execution of customer education program for all business units
-To produce strategic plan for surgical synergies across business units
-Work with the Leadership, marketing and education teams in SBU/APAC to help drive consistent methods & programs throughout Korea.
-To identify unmet clinical needs and business opportunities to expand long term revenue growth in line with company Vision.
-To develop market entry strategy for Trauma and incubate the business with business leadership
-Ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards (including ISO13485) are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact
경력 및 자격요건
-Bachelor degree, preferably in medical/biomedical or engineering field.
-Master degree in above or marketing, business administration preferred.
-Min. 10 years of experience in medical equipment/device or healthcare industry in sales/marketing function
-Min. 5 years of experience in people management
-Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
-Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
-Sound working knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) / Risk Management / Workers Compensation legislation and Principles
