-Build a robust, aggressive and cost effective supplier base for supply chain, with meeting the quality requirements
-Keeps a tab on price movements, exchange rates, duties and taxes and continuously find innovative solutions to beat inflation.
-Keeps most competitiveness in supply-bases with identifying the opportunities and new supplier/materials, thru periodical market, industry and competitive analysis.
-Innovations driven by suppliers in products and process.
-Supplier relationship management.
-Lead supplier performance evaluations process with the concerned, as part of continuous improvement.
-Support national promotions to ensure assured supply and optimized cost.
경력 및 자격요건
-Capability in strategic thinking, setting clear vision, customer centric decision making and delivering long term results
-Proven skills in purchasing competencies with at least 7 years plus experience in purchasing.
-Strong understanding of food industry (regulatory), restaurant and franchising business
-Strong capability to manage the relationship and team-work in working with both internal and external business partners.
-Strong in both verbal and written communication
-Good track record of delivery, goals oriented, sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.
-Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills with high sense in financial figure
-Good level of leadership to envision, energize, enable, and excellently execute.
-Influencing skills in dealing internal and external business partners.
-High level of English proficiency in both written and verbal.
-Good MS-office skills – excel, word, and power point.
