1) Quality Standards Management
- Develops and implements quality standards for the whole supply chain which comply with the company's Corporate and local requirements
2) Quality Systems Management
- Provides technical support for enquiries regarding product advice, raw product complaints, foreign objects, health department regulations and food safety communications
- Defines and establishes requirements for the food safety system and works with operations to maintain restaurant food safety standards and food handling and sanitation procedures to meet the company's standards and legislative
3) Quality Assurance Improvement
- Builds and maintains working relationships to clarify communications, generate best solutions and deliver information in a timely fashion to uphold high Quality Assurance standards
4) Crisis Management
경력 및 자격요건
- Capability in strategic thinking, setting clear vision, customer centric decision making and delivering long term results
- At least 7 years plus experience in QA
- Strong understanding of food industry, restaurant and franchising business
- Deep knowledge in food safety, quality and sustainability
- Demonstrating excellent teamwork in working with key internal departments eg, marketing, operations and franchising
- Strong in both verbal and written communication
- Good track record of delivery, goals oriented, sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.
- Analytical skills – ability to define problems, collect details data, analyse and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements.
- Good level of leadership to envision, energize, enable, and excellently execute.
- Good level of influencing skills in dealing internal and external business partners.
- High level of English proficiency.
