1) Recruitment & Termination process
- recruitment process such as jof, web advertisement, resume screening, initial interview, arranging interviews, package offer and employment contract, employment documentation, etc.
- make sure the termination process
- Cezanne/SAP ID data input, etc.
2) Training & Development
- Assist the organization of training programs.
3) Performance Management
- Administers performance management process
4) Employee Relations
- Assists to organize Annual dinner, workshops, etc.
- Assists to arrange Labor & Management Committee every quarter and follow-up on decision made in coordination with other departments
- Assists organizing Anti-sexual harassment educational session on an annual basis
- Update-to-date labor law
- Assists in handling employee grievance
5) And other HR administrative tasks such as printing name cards, etc.
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Min 3-6 years of in overall HR activities - good knowledge of all aspects of human resources and the company’s standards and procedures
- Working knowledge of Employment law in Korea
- Retail industry experience is preferred
- Excellent written & spoken English required
- Integrity
- Good interpersonal skills – all at management, peer and subordinate levels
