Application Specialist

I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
Application specialist is responsible for supporting customers, distributors and internal sales team to achieve LSR division’s performance objectives.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support for sales team and distributors to meet assigned LSR targets for order/sales and strategic objectives.
- Support for direct sales and selling through distributor organizations to end-users in coordination with distributor sales resources.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
- Presentation Skill
- Support for demo, customer training, seminar and workshop, etc.
- Ensure compliance
- Make good relationship with KAM

Measure of performance
- Evaluate actual results in annual performance appraisal and leadership anchor

III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in life science equipment application
동종업계 경력자 우대함.
• Experience in confocal microscopy in life science research
• LSR, Life Science & Research (60% CLSM application+40% Wide Field sales(Microscope system))
b) Education
•More than BS Degree in biology or other relative subject
Advantage MD or PHD in biology or other relative subject
• Good conduct of computer based tasks (presentation/MS/documents)
c) Language
• Good command of written and spoken English
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
• 60% of total working time
