Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and channel partner development objectives in Industrial Microscope market like coarse/fine materials, MLCC, PCB, metal, etc...
1. Responsibility
- Meets assigned targets for order/sales and strategic objectives.
- Monthly order and sales forecast.
- Weekly forecast update.
- Manage distributor’s update on prospects, and pipeline.
- Direct sales and sell through distributor organizations to end-users in coordination with distributor sales resources.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
- Ensure compliance.
- Proactively develop new qualifying distributor.
- Report to Division manager
2. Measure of performance
- Evaluate actual results in annual performance appraisal and leadership anchor.

1. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and channel management
• Experience in industrial instrument business or related business
b) Education
• BS Degree in engineering science or related engineering
• Good conduct of computer based tasks(presentation/excel/documents)
c) Language
• Good command of written and spoken English
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
• 60% of total working time
