- Manage projects (single module) independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met)
- Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the areas of Reward, Talent , Performance and Organization solution areas
- Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated;
- Work closely with project team to develop client solutions and recommendations;
- Co-present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team;

- 3-5 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management and organization effectiveness solutions would be preferred.
- Project management experience
- Experience in interacting with multi-national companies across regions and working in a multi-disciplined team environment
- MBA or relevant masters qualification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Possess strong data analytical / quantitative skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong and trusted client relationships
- Maintain a flexible and collaborative working style
