• Order plan, preparation, buy and monitor each seasonal style beginning from the initial design to the delivery of the product into our warehouse in conjunction with the corporate goals, financial budget, and product calendar.
• Assist Head of Merchandising in creating seasonal SKU plans based on previous selling, projections, and current trends.• Product allocation daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Stock rebalancing bi-weekly or monthly basis
• Allocation for store monthly floor-set change
• Report for stock coverage and sell-through on a monthly basis
• Update sales report daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Alert best-selling stock shortage
• Order & price upload to order system
• Create and maintain seasonal buy plans to ensure units and dollars bought meet the budget and margin.

- 2- 4 years of experience; Non Apparel Merchandising preferred respectively
- Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing
- Understanding of Business planning/analysis and the merchandising department’s responsibility to the overall budget.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Bachelor’s Degree required
