Strategic Management
-Provide overall brand development strategies in Korea, identify and lead the teams to achieve and materialize the opportunities.
-Establish and maintain top level contact with the management of existing and potential customers.
- Prepare 5 years plan for the brand in Korea, ensuing strong alignment with global development strategies with local customization needs incorporated.
- Recommend changes that would improve the effectiveness of achieving the objectives of brand in Korea.
Sales & Channel Management
- Plan and develop channel strategies, and manage a very sustainable growth sales strategies among various channels.
- Develop with sales team about the key account development plan. Re-engineer and enhance current dealer structure and model.
