•Perform actuarial valuations in accordance with IFRS regulations and FAS87
•Review data and asset reconciliations, individual sample cases, and liability results
•Prepare preliminary results and reports for funding and financial accounting purposes
•Lead and/or participate in employee benefits and retirement consulting projects
•Effectively manage clients, projects, and team members to meet client expectations
•Assist in new business developments by working with Managers and Partners

•Holds Actuarial license (ASA and/or above based on SOA) (Qualified Actuary)
•At least 2 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
•Experience in using ProVal is preferred
•Fluent in English
•Understanding of client business issues
•Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients
•Ability to work well with other team members, and to provide leadership
•Project management, coordination and time management competency
•Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
•Demonstrate ability to develop relationships within/outside of the Retirement practice
•Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance or Math
•Good sense of humor and people skill
