1. Financial Planning and Reporting
- Work closely with the manager and business partners to support preparation of annual plan and rolling forecasts and submit it through planning system
- Support submission of company’s Outlook, Risks & Opportunities upon manager’s feedback to identify up-to-date performance expectations, upside, and exposure
- Control Opex under budget with periodic analysis of actual spending vs. plan/estimate
- Provide ROI analysis for marketing spending in timely manner Ad hoc reporting and analysis for business partners to help drive informed business decisions
2. In-house Planning System maintenance/upgrade
- Maintain and/or upgrade in-house planning tool by coordinating with finance partners and local BI team Play admin role
3. Monthly Closing
- Ensure closing actuals to reflect correct financial results based on accrual basis accounting
4. Business Partnering
- Develop effective business relationships throughout business

- Bachelor’s degree required – Finance / Accounting related field preferred.
- Minimum 1~3 years of related financial experience.
- Strong preference for a Gamer.
- Strong analytical and technical skills (including general accounting concepts and systems expertise).
- Adept in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using financial planning systems and tools. Specific experience using Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Oracle preferred.
- Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.
