• Troubleshoot process problems and provide technical support to Toller when needed for product development projects.
• Develop initiatives to improve raw material efficiency, first time prime and final prime performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and reduce quality complaints.
• Use and maintain systems associated with ISO9000, management of change, process safety management, and manufacturing authorizations.
• Implement equipment improvements, capital project and start-ups
• Serve as back up Assistance Manufacturing Manager as needed.

• B.S in Mechanical, Chemical or Engineering or related discipline.
• 5~8years of experiences as process improvement or equitment engineer in fine chemical, polymerization industry
• ISO 9001/14001 or Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Good in english
