1) Repair and maintain all professional machines of the B2B machines on site
2) Daily management of appointments according to the agenda provided by the technical assistant and of the spare parts stock according to the procedures
3) Explain to the customers the functionalities of the machines as well as their daily maintenance
4) Close interventions in the software system respecting given deadlines
Achieve the daily productivity for interventions or maintenance
5) Participate pro-actively in the implementation of our continuous improvement strategy projects
6) Keep a professional organisation of the machines, parts and tools in the car and manage a regular cleaning of the car.
7) Provide product training for customer
8) Provide technical training /troubleshooting training for CRC / BTQ
9) Technical Support of B2B sales activities like Exhibition / Events
10) Machine issue escalation to HQ B2B service team
