- Responsible for daily support to the President by handling of schedule arrangement, internal and external communications
- Manage and administrate President’s expense reports in timely manner
- Arrange the meetings including Board of Directors, leadership meeting, monthly meeting, etc.
- Communicate with AHQ via email or telephone and translate the documents and email in English
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the President
- Manage the approval of the employee’s international business trip request and flight ticket
- Support to manage the office supplies with General Affairs team
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 1 year experience in multi-national company is preferred
- Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skill
- Teamwork attitude and open-minded
- Having strong time management skill and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google application
- Tolerance to ambiguity and pressure for time
- Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
