● Conduct monitoring and evaluation in team as directed by management and QAM
● Conduct individual or group coaching and training in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
● Ensure CRC Guidelines and internal knowledge management processes (via share point) are kept up to date in line with business priorities
● Analyze evaluation results to identify key performance strengths and development areas in collaboration with management
● Work with managers and supervisors/team leaders to calibrate monitoring processes and results
● Collate and distribute results
● Support and assist in coordinating training initiatives following the CRC and HR training priorities and manage training log
● Assist CS knowledge tests
● Assist building of scripts case by case and update speech guidance
● Support new CS for stable settlement in Quality performance by conducting monitoring and coaching.
경력 및 자격요건
- 관련업무 3년 이상자
- In-house QA경력 필수
- 업무상 영어활용 가능자
