- Responsible for the numbers for local & a global account assigned.
- Make the numbers for the assigned accounts and territory
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and organizational alignment to effectively support our customers.
- Lead Sales team to achieve business goals in revenue generation, product mix, cash collection, contribution margin, and account penetration.
- Deliver overall team performance within cost objectives.
- Lead the team to identify new growth opportunities, translate proven successes from other regions and effectively convert new opportunities into sales.
- Effectively integrate and coordinate with the rest of the global commercial team.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecast input to the SOIP process.
- Interface effectively with Industry/Business Teams.
- Build a sales process to support and actively track growth opportunities.
- Develop and personally maintain key high level customer relationships and ensure strong customer relationships are maintained throughout the sales organization.
- Evaluate appropriate performance and processes to ensure sales functional excellence.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree and above in chemical engineering preferred
- Minimum 7 years of Sales experience in Semiconductor/LCD Biz
- Good English language capability
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Must have strong business acumen; team leadership skills.
- Strong Customer Focus and ability to effectively represent the Voice of the Customer.
- Demonstrated track record of business growth.
- Proven communication and leadership skills for process improvement and motivating others.
- Six Sigma training preferred.
- Capable of juggling many activities with ability to prioritize.
