1) Location Strategy
Participate in Boutique (Boutique-in-shop) location development process in dealing location and terms & conditions. Stay abreast of retail trends, channel evolution and development
2) Planning
Participate in Boutique Planning Strategy with Business Development Manager including assessment of sites, positioning, and cost.
3)Boutique Construction
Work together with nominated global/regional Boutique constructor by HQ and consultants in all projects. Communicate planning, assessment, contractors and progress to all stakeholders (HQ, Market, Department store, Landlord etc.).
4)Relationship Building
Build and manage Relationship with stockholders, landlords, Dept. stores developers and agents etc.,

- 도면이해 가능자
- 백화점 내 매장 오픈과 관련한 계약 진행 및 부동산 지식 보유자
- Retail 분야 경험자 선호
- 영어가능자
