- Market research and Digital marketing support
- Review site performance including content, SEO and work with development team to optimize features for local market 
- Track competitors/ both in the luxury space and best-in-class retailers. Benchmark KPIs against industry 
- Use web analytic tools and identify opportunities to exploit market developments  Come up with ideas for upcoming marketing with e-Business director and digital Communications team 
- Support digital marketing event and activities in collaboration with digital Communications team such as preparing the Facebook post and supporting to the viral marketing 
- Produce monthly Digital marketing result report which is based on our digital agency’s report and web analytics tools (monthly ad-tracking, email results) 
- Perform the text QA (quality assurance of the product descriptions) and partner with WW product copywriting team to proof product descriptions

- BA degree 
- Over 2 years of digital content or marketing experience 
- Proven analytical skills; advanced Excel skills
- Sufficient knowledge of fashion and leather goods 
- Easy to learn the programs and the web tools 
- Good at multitasking
- Scrupulous attention to detail 
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Fluent English skill in both written and verbal (Korean ability should be perfect)
