-To be responsible for the total performance of assigned Korean key accounts in East
China in terms of sales, profitability, usage, distribution and other criteria
- To manage and establish good relationships with assigned accounts and assure
high level of “Total Customer Satisfaction” achieved.
- To work closely with product marketing team in formulating and developing market
plans.
-To provide sales forecast, product mix and account activities for inventory
management.
- Develop his fully understanding in the capabilities of company products and make value proposition to secure or expand sales in the present accounts. Forecast revenue, product mixes and account activity.
- Promptly and directly supervise, coordinate activities of service team. Engage in
trouble shooting with this subordinates, if necessary.
경력 및 자격요건
- At least University degree in Chemistry or relevant disciplines
- Strong PCB experience preferred 5-10years in sales and account management in
PCB.
- A native Korea with good negotiation skills and can work effectively with customers
- Fluency in English and in Korean
- Proactive, good strategic thinking and business sense
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal & supervising skills
- Willing to station in East China and frequent travelling in the region
