• Provide legal advice on international matters involving the company and subsidiaries around the world.
• Provide legal advice on securities related matters for the Nasdaq listed entity.
• Daily interaction and collaboration with business development; Advise such teams on legal, commercial, and ethical matters.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, including NDAs, MOUs, supply, purchase and licensing agreements.
• Support internal business teams and liaise with external counsels in investigations(anti-dumping, anti-trust, ETC)
• Provide legal advice(including the negotiations) on dispute related matters before and after the commencement of arbitrations and litigations.

• 미국변호사 자격증 필수(JD 또는 LLM)
• 영어 능통자
• 로펌 또는 기업체 사내변호사 경력 2~5년차
• 기업체에서의 사내 변호사로의 비젼 갖추신 분
• 1981년 이후 출생자 선호
