• Maintaining and validating all employee information required for processing employee monthly payrolls
• Properly checking the monthly work schedule for employees to ensure that any additional payment is properly made
• Managing proper taxation of employer paid benefits including year-end tax settlement
• Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
• Performing verification and balancing the payroll, and research discrepancies to make sure accurate payroll transactions
• Preparing and remitting monthly superannuation contributions
• Analyzing payroll reports and journals
• Supporting to implement local & global benefit programs for employees
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 4 years experiences in HR including 2 years of relevant C&B experience
• Intermediate level of English
• Understanding of payroll legislation and processes
• SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skill preferred
• High level of accuracy, critical attention to details and follow through
• Strong mathematical, analytical skills, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer service aptitude
