The consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in designing and implementing a broad range of talent and organization consulting services. You will work as part of team across the Performance, Talent and Reward business to;
• Manage projects (single module) independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met)
• Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the areas of Reward, Talent , Performance and Organization solution areas
• Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated;
• Work closely with project team to develop client solutions and recommendations;
• Co-present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team;
경력 및 자격요건
• 5-8 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management and organization effectiveness solutions would be preferred.
• Project management experience
• Experience in interacting with multi-national companies across regions and working in a multi-disciplined team environment
• MBA or relevant masters qualification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Possess strong data analytical / quantitative skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong and trusted client relationships
• Maintain a flexible and collaborative working style
