- Responsible for Brand Performance and Haglofs merchandising.
- Complete seasonal assortment at style level by store and adjust as needed.
- Product selection taking into account customer needs, financial targets, and brand direction.
- Complete seasonal and yearly forecasting.
- METRICS: Revenue, Margin, Stock on Hand, Sell-thru, Discount Rate
Determine products to be marked down based on sell-thru and company close-out targets with assistance from outlet allocate.
- Analyze style level sell through weekly.
- Proactively plan and respond to store and market change and evolution.
- Coach staff, create opportunities for staff development, make hiring decisions, and drive performance management, recognition and rewards.
- Develop team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance.
- Develop personal network throughout the global merchandising organization.
경력 및 자격요건
- 10 years of merchandise planning, selection, mangement experience in footwear and apparel businesses.
- Numerical skills to manage the financial planning and calculations.
- Sensitivity to the meaning of numbers to evaluate whether the business is on track.
- Written and spoken English to communicate with global headquarters and colleagues in other markets.
- Leadership to paint a vision and direction of where the business must go.
- Coaching to guide team members on how they can further develop to the next level.
- Management to ensure that tasks are completed properly and on schedule.
- Flexible communication style to present to large audiences and at various kind meetings.
- Ability to lead and manage in highly ambiguous and dynamic environments.
