• Order plan, preparation, buy and monitor each seasonal style beginning from the initial design to the delivery of the product into our warehouse in conjunction with the corporate goals, financial budget, and product calendar.
• Work with teams to generate business analyses to track selling, identify key trends, maximize opportunities to achieve continued growth and profitability of the businesses
• Communicate effectively any and all changes/additions/cancellations to all departments to ensure clear information flow throughout the company.
• Assist Head of Merchandising in creating seasonal SKU plans based on previous selling, projections, and current trends.
• Work with corporate merchandising team to ensure proper assortments are created as well as ordering and tracking shipment.
• Create and maintain seasonal buy plans to ensure units and dollars bought meet the budget and margin.

• 5-10 years of experience
• Merchandising experience in fashion / luxury / retail industry
• Understanding of business planning/analysis and the merchandising department’s responsibility to the overall budget
• Business acumen and commercial sense
• Connecting and interpersonal skills
• Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing both Korean and English
