•Updates the daily sales figures.
•Works with the Store Manager to effectively schedule and adjust staff hours.
•Opens and closes the store.
•Responsible for the management of the cash office under the guidance of the Store Manager.
•Responsible for account reconciliation and daily verification of the cash registers.
•Works under the supervision of the Store Manager to ensure the store is compliant with all store audit criteria.
•Ensures that all store transfers, write-offs and price changes are executed correctly.
•Responsible for inventory coordination under the guidance of the Store Manager.
•Works with the Store Manager to implement procedures to avoid stock loss.
•Ensures that all customer and employee data is processed and stored safely and securely.
•Ensures that the stockroom, back areas and offices are organized, neat and clean.
•Completes all Payroll calculations.
•Responsible for Health & Safety.

-1 years previous administration experience (preferred)
