- Prepare the inventory data reconciliation for monthly closing
- Implements and/or maintains accounting systems.
- Reconcile intercompany transaction regarding import of stocks
- Analyze the inventory projection with season aging, Category, sell-thru.
- Explain order variances, purchasing variances, invoice price variances and inventory
evaluations variances, inventory level variance etc.
- Work closely with operations to review margins, write offs, variances and inventory turns.
- Support Finance Manager to manage full set of accounts for Company.
- Support management in monitoring of spending against budget through monthly cost center reporting and analysis.
- Support Finance Manager to ensure statutory reporting and tax deadlines in compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Support other ad hoc accounting activities
- Supports Finance Manager for external audit and internal audit for the responsible areas.

- 7-9years of experience preferably in luxury or retail business
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- Clear understanding of general accounting and cost accounting
- Self-starter, innovative and preference for fast-paced growing business environment
- Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
