- Develop and implement loyalty CRM membership program in accordance with central guidelines and local requirements
- Stabilize the rolling out new CRM project for KOR landscape and distributors
- Educate shop staffs to optimize customer touch-point communications through membership program and to properly manage CRM system
- Inspire regularly shop staffs and internal departments to vitalize CRM activities and enhance enrollment rate on POP’s
- Consolidate needs and feedback from shops and other departments to develop and localize the plans.
- Analyze customer and purchasing database to ensure local market develop needs for CRM programs
- Analyze customer and purchasing database to give the directions for other internal parties’ plan
- Monitor competitors’ CRM activities and customers trends in different distribution channels (i.e. various department stores)
- Maintain and clean the SCS member’s database
- Managing SCS materials ordering, distributing and translation
경력 및 자격요건
- CRM위주의 마케팅 경력 5~10년 차
- 화장품 선호, 일반 소비재도 OK
- Data 이해와 분석력
- Region혹은 global 본사와 커뮤니케이션 많음 (영어 communication 원활해야 함)
- Agency handling experience will be a plus
