1. Providing online sales support related to 'Post-sales' order issues
- Updating the order list
- Response both the email inquiry and call center
- Daily sales closing process
- Order release by Oracle Order management system
- Cross checking the delivery summary by shipment system
- Quick delivery follow up
2. Providing online customer service support related to 'Pre-Sales' activity
- Help facilitate sales as an online shopper by interacting with online clients via email to answer product requests/questions
- Assists customers with “pre-sale” related order issues, as necessary
- Updating the Pre-order and Back-orders
3. Facilitate eWarehouse related activities: Receiving, Shipping and Repairs
- Weekly STS
- Inventory replenishment from DOS stores (Store transfer queue or Size orders)
- Weekly process the repairs
- For the better inventory jobs, using JDA, STS, SIS and WMS systems
경력 및 자격요건
- Successful retail experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury retail
- Client centric mentality
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
- Also preferably MIS(Computer) & Repair experiences in BTQs
- Native-level of written and verbal skills in Korean
- Computer literacy and proficient: Easy to learn the programs and the web tools
- Scrupulous attention to detail
- Team player / capacity to coordinate with other departments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Preferably BA degree
