- Manage the seasonal buying process for each store, according to sales budget, seasonal trends and merchandising input received from Brand and Regional Merchandising team
- To place additional order (production order/ stock commercial) within the budget not to lose timing for the sales, at the same time controlling inventory level.
- Analyze on weekly basis sales trend for each store/category/product
- Prepare the sales analysis reporting for the store staff, giving comments and merchandising inputs in order to achieve the monthly budget for each store
- Cooperate with Regional and Brand Merchandising team in order to pass information on seasonal trends on category/product/colors/materials
- Prepare and deliver the seasonal product training to the store staff
- Supervise, in cooperation with the Inventory and Retail Operations team, the stock rotation between stores
경력 및 자격요건
- Relevant BA degree
- Min 8 years of experience in buying and retail merchandising in Luxury brands (Leather goods and shoe buying experience preferred. RTW is a plus)
- Good in numbers
- Good in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Hands on
