- Handle all recruitment & exit process for new office employees.
- Counsel and handle office employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support Head of HR in undertaking & facilitating salary review process (ACR) and conduct C&B related surveys.
- Develop and implement employee communication programs.
- Support Head of HR in coordinating the talent management process and people development activities.
- Manage all the procedures in relation to procurement and general affairs function.
Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 10 years of HR generalist experience
- HR business partner experience in diagnosing people issues and suggesting proactive resolutions
- Successful track records in implementing employee communication programs and related initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Experience in retail industry preferred (e.g. Cosmetics, Fashion, Sports, or other luxury goods)
- Learning & development and GA background is a plus but not a must
- Good command in English
