- Supervises & audits the development & operation of consistent, effective & efficient
fulfillment processes to meet existing & future requirements / expectations of the respective groups / types of customer accounts, in alignment with business strategies.
- Supervises & audits the development & operation of efficient & effective escalation
engagement processes within local (F&A, IT), regional (process management, rep offices) & global teams (process management, MKO) to ensure an integrated approach to fulfillment operations.
- Articulates & ensures that the shared warehouse support service understands & fulfills business requirements.
- Proactively understands customer needs & trends in all fulfillment matters.
- Proactively supports & recommends to Head of Sales & key accounts to explore & improve new fulfillment processes.
- Collaborates with key customers & account managers to resolve all fulfillment issues in a timely & professional fashion.

- At least 8~10 years experience (과/차장급)
- SAP 유경험자
- 수입에 대한 이해도 높은 분 우대(Fulfillment 이해도)
