- Lead the planning, execution and optimization of overall media campaigns across each media channels and platforms, including performance media, social media and etc.
- Manage all forms of paid & digital media to elevate brand awareness, ROI and drive customer engagement through SEM, social media advertising, mobile marketing and etc.
- Partner closely with cross functional teams to drive best practices, identify opportunities and develop roadmaps for consumer marketing efforts
- Analyze and report for competitor activities to understand local digital trend, new e-media behavior, products and new technology and improve conversion
- Partner with media agencies and regional/HQ media team on elements including; planning, production and delivery of media briefs, campaign management and reporting
- Stay abreast of key media and advertising trends and innovations to embrace new challenges and potentially expand the scope of marketing efforts

- Minimum 8 years of related working experience in media buying
- Experienced in ATL media buying
- Experienced in digital performance media buying
- Experienced in digital media ROI tracking and monitoring
- Understand digital commerce and social media behavior
- High interest in new media opportunities
