• Identify key insights for strategic marketing development
• Develop and execute CRM programs in line with global guidelines
• Plan and perform consumer events including VIP event and on-counter event
• Collaborate with other agency specialists and internal key stakeholders
• Manage key vendor relationships
• Ensure that lines of communication are maintained between the Marketing Department, agencies, licensing, wholesale advertising and retail departments.
• Liase with retail/wholesale and coordinate retail/wholesale advertising
• Establish yearly and quarterly marketing plan
• Communicate with counterparts in NY office on daily basis
• Work on ad hoc projects as requested.

• Min 7 years of professional working experience
• CRM and VIP marketing experience preferable
• Multinational company / retail industry experience
• Great attention to detail
• Organisational skills
• Flexible working hours
• Excellent communication skills both English and Korean
