- Assist DF store order and ensure to maintain proper stock month coverage.
- Manage internet DF in terms of seasonal banner and product assortment.
- Consolidate sales result and prepare sales report by items, nationality and
competitors.
- Arrange official documents regarding sales consultants and store issues.
- Manage sales consultants work schedule and monthly leave application
- Collect monthly store expense report, overtime and part time schedule
- Arrange participants for sales consultant training and support DF sales meeting.
- Manage shortage, overship and damaged items on shipment and update credit voucher
- Inform shipment to DF stores and update backorder list.
- Ensure proper VM is implemented to DF stores according to central strategy.
- Inform important company issues related DF team via newsletter.
- Support DF renovation, open and event
- Arrange store architecture maintenance

- At least 1 year experience on DF (Duty Free)
- Around 28 age
- Fluent in English
- Proficient on MS Office
