Internal Communication
- Promote corporate / employee communication programs internally to drive employee engagement through diverse medium and track the results.
- Build effective corporate communications system/medium that reaches to every employee, delivers consistent messages, and ensures two-way communication with frequent new write-ups.
- Plan and execute employee / internal events (online & offline) to drive team building and enhancing change initiatives.
- Develop marketing communication contents in line with global employee initiatives in conjunction with head office.
- Maintain high standards / quality of internal communications (language, style & design, format, branding) with good understanding on business and insurance terminology.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities)
- Co-organize and coordinate corporate social responsibility programs with external communications including volunteer program and charitable contribution.

- Experience in Internal, employee communication/marketing communication for at least 5-7 years
- Knowledge and proven record in messaging and design work (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft office)
- Exceptional communication skills with good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English and Korean
- Higher education (Bachelor degree or above)
- Experience in insurance is a plus.
