- Ensure proper delivery services offer according to local customers expectations and in line with guidelines.
- Drive innovative and sustainable Operations solutions, in order to deliver distinct competitive advantage
- Define strategy with Supply Chain & Procurement Manager and International Logistics Manager for optimum warehouse network within Market / Region;
- Set adequate measures and respective target values for service and cost to effectively monitor the 3PL’s performance
- Develop operational excellence in Transportation and Distribution Management
- Implement continuous improvement program with our suppliers through regular meetings to review performances & improve process
- Propose cost saving project to department based on spend & market analysis ensuring adequate level of service
