- Analyze the business requirements and design the technical solutions
- Trouble shoot the issues of the application
- Manage and Co-work with the IT vendor staffs for the application maintenance
- Identify the opportunities to improve efficiency of business process

- IT technical skills: Java, JSP, X-Platform, SQL, SPRING framework. Mobile development experience preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial IT industry
- Good understanding of insurance business
- Supportive manner and good team player to work at the stressed working environment
- Problem solving skills
- Fluent in both Korean and English
