1. Drive overall Korean OEM activities and supervision of project management with Korean and international OEMs located in Korea - both domestically and globally
2. To actively promote the companies' full range of products to existing and potential customers through communication with various levels within the client's organization; inclusive of Purchasing, R&D design departments etc.
3. Effectively manage, build, develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts by stabling key contacts within the Korean and international OEM's located in Korea.
4. Develop and define approval strategies for the
respective OEMs and assure correct implementation and achieved targets.
5. Organize functions in accordance with the company's standards and the specific customer / OEM requirements to achieve high customer / OEM satisfaction as well as to meet customer / OEM related operational and strategic demands.
6. Provide direction to the existing Sales and Product Marketing teams in relation to the planning and implementation
7. Represent company's brand strategy at the Customers and OEMs.
8. Liaise closely with the relevant R&D and Design teams (both in Korea and globally) in developing specific products/applications for the local Korean market.
9. Keep up to date with current market trends and ensure that this market intelligence is communicated to the relevant departments within the organization.
