▪ Develop marketing communication strategy and implement marketing plans and projects for new products launch and also existing products
▪ Coordinate to set up local marketing strategy aligned with global marketing strategy
▪ Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
▪ Oversee creation and delivery of press releases and other marketing materials for retail environment, and also sub’s creation of marketing materials
▪ Communication window for local marketing communication agenda
▪ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
▪ Expand and develop marketing platforms
▪ Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
▪ Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results globally
▪ Determine and manage the marketing budget (HQ/Subs)
▪ Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
▪ Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
경력 및 자격요건
▪ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
▪ Global marketing experience
▪ Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
▪ A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
▪ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪ Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
▪ Compelling presentation and analytical skills
▪ English fluency a must
