(2) Managing stock level and making key decisions about stock control
(3) Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
(4) Analyzing ad interpreting trends to facilitate planning
(5) Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
(6)Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met

(8) Organizing special promotion, displays and events
(9) Updating on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues to Head of Sales
(10) Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
(11) Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

• Bachelor degree and above
• English proficiency, both written and spoken
• 6 + years retail operation or development experience
• The ability to work under pressure
• Confident, drive and enthusiasm
• Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
• Planning and organizational skills
• Commercial and financial acumen
