(1) Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Wholesales team and Centralized retail merchandising/buying team.
(2) Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors
(3) Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data
(4) Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales
(5)Producing layout plans for stores, sometimes called 'statements'
(6) Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas (for retail, in conjunction with Central Retail Buyers)
(7) Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges
(8) Analyzing stock levels based on forecasts for the season & performance tracking and communicate with Centralized retail merchandising/buying team to minimize sales loss & make further opportunity on timely
(9) Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential
(10) Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance
(11) Monitoring slow sellers and make recommendation to Central Planners on potential taking actions to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary
(12) Gathering information on customers' reactions to products
(13) Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
(14) Support to build a team of competent and experienced people who clearly understand Both Retail and Wholesale, Merchandising process & KPIs, and the application of merchandising and planning tools.
(15) Collaborate with country Marketing & Visual Merchandising team to develop and drive monthly & seasonal product marketing plan for Wholesale & Partner stores/channels.
(16) Research marketplace, analyze product, consumer and competitive trends in the market. Applies advanced understanding of the product, delivery and pricing needs of consumers, key markets, and channels to improve category range and growth opportunities.
(17) Identify product gaps, to initiate & develop local product initiatives for Korea markets, in line additions, SMU’s & collaborations.

•Bachelor degree and above
•English proficiency, both written and spoken
•6+ years product development / merchandising experience
•Closely attached to the fashion / apparel trends/sports /action sports industry
•Excellent presentation skills to conduct product trainings
•Customer focused and sales oriented
