1.Support business planning
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report in regards to sales target and LY with comp door status by channel
- Participate in monthly rolling forecast to understand sales target by channel
2.Support outlet merchandising with initiative
- Design outlet OTB with manager for sufficient/efficient product supply to outlet
- Analyse outlet sales and inventory
-Determine product assortment (product life-cycle) for outlet channel to lead optimized buy status
-Identify outlet best/steady seller and slow-moving items by MFO (manufactured for outlet) and FP (full price) transferred product to determine product buy and to establish proper/timely liquidation plan
-Build appropriate outlet inventory level by rolling outlet forecast based on annual/monthly target with store open plan if necessary
-Work closely with sales team to proceed diverse types of promotion and liquidation plan
-Communication to US team if necessary
-Visit regularly to outlet store
경력 및 자격요건
- Min. 5years of planning background with S&OP process
(sales planning / product planning / demand planning / procurement)
- Familiar and keen on figure
- Excellent user in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Strong in fast-paced circumstance (product/market etc.)
- Faster adaptor to new ERP tool
- Proficient in English for both verbal and written
- Good communicator / Proactive
- Preferred retail channel experience for both FP (full price) and outlet
- Preferred better understandings in supply chain
- Preferred good understanding in P&L report
