- Plan and manage effective merchandise assortment by store for both local and duty free
- Analyze sales, sell-through, strategies and tactics to encourage sales
- Properly allocate products to stores and monitor shipment status as well as adequate stock levels
- Responsible for achieving sales and sell-through rate targets
- Negotiate and cooperate with headquarters on product offer and pricing
- Provide comprehensive merchandising support for stores
- Conduct product training
- Understand clientele through market research, competitor analysis and store visits
Key Requirements

- 5 years or above experience in fashion brand
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- University degree in fashion related field is preferred
- Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
