Provides and ensures direct & indirect customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point in order to maximize sales.

Executes and follows up on recruiting, training, developing and assessing sales advisors along with the store management team.
매장 관리팀과 함께 Sales Advisor 채용, 교육 훈련, 능력개발, 직원평가 등의 업무수행 및 후속관리
•Profitability/ 수익성관리
Organizes and plans the department according to business needs. Follows and ensures
safety, security and administration procedures are followed by others.
사업의 필요에 따라 해당 판매 코너를 재정비 및 계획, 직원들 사이에 안전, 보안,
행정절차가 제대로 지켜지고 있는지 점검
