업무내용:
-Establish the appropriate governance for all aspects of product development and assure proper documentation and sign-offs for each stage and activity.
-Assure that all identified activities and tasks inherent in the product lifecycle are completed and the appropriate sign-offs are obtained.
-Work with all stakeholders to identify and document rolling 1 and 2 year product development plans and provide continuous updates.
-Within the RACIER model
-Take the role of Project Manager for all product development activities and assure that each project adheres to company's project management protocols.
-Provide regular updates of all product development activities.
-Coordinate the activities of the product development committee and sub-committees and assure that regular meetings are held and fully documented.
-Establish the appropriate governance for all aspects of product development and assure the UAT process.
경력 및 자격요건
자격요건:
-University degree in a business discipline and / or professional accreditation.
-5 years’ experience in the in marketing and product development in insurance and/or other financial products.
-Good project management skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Flexible, resilient and creative; intellectually curious
-Strong interpersonal communication, presentation & influencing skills
-Self-starter, ability to discover problems and implement solutions. Strong analytical and reasoning skills in interpretation of numbers.
-Proficient in MS office applications.
