Principle Accountabilities:
1. To develop HR Management strategy consistent with company business objectives.
2. To determine strategy for designing, implementing, and administering HR policies and programs.
3. To review existing and proposed requirements governing HR administration and recommends appropriate course of action.
4. To administer promotion& performance management program to ensure effectiveness and equity within organization.
5. To review all the HR policies and processes periodically, recommend changes and help establish policies in alignment with business strategy, statutory regulation and compliance.
6. To be responsible for keeping the up-to-date HR policies posted internally.
7. To communicate with Regional HR to be compliant with group/ RHO requirements in application of HR Program and process.

Job Specification:
a. Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree
b. Experience :
At least 7 years of general HR experience in multinational companies
Insurance industry experience will be plus.
c. Knowledge :
Effective communication skills.
High level of energy and proactive on HRM.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skill
Presentation skill
High proficiency in English verbal and written communication
